Raleigh, North Carolina, welcomes two new Hilton properties: Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown and Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Downtown. These two establishments mark the first presence of the Tempo brand in North Carolina and only the fourth worldwide. The dual-brand hotel, owned by CN Hotels and managed by McKibbon Hospitality, offers 261 guest rooms and is located in the city ranked sixth on U.S. News’ 2025-2026 Best Places to Live list.

The hotels are close to major attractions such as the Raleigh Convention Centre, Red Hat Amphitheater & Warehouse District, Capitol building, Martin Marietti Center for the Performing Arts, and City Market. Karan Patel, vice president of CN Hotels, expressed excitement over the opening and the unique lodging options these hotels will provide for visitors to Raleigh.

Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown, with its 127 rooms, is designed to cater to guests’ wellness and comfort. It features a modern fitness center and wellness-focused rooms with Peloton bikes, yoga mats, and other fitness equipment. The hotel also emphasizes sustainability through its Hydration Bar, which offers Still, Sparkling, and Alkaline-filtered water and reusable water bottles for sale. Proceeds from the bottle sales support water-insecure communities worldwide in partnership with Planet Water Foundation and Klean Kanteen.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Downtown offers 134 pet-friendly suites with separate living and sleeping spaces and fully equipped kitchens. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast and a weekly evening reception with free drinks and snacks. It also has a shared fitness center available 24/7 and over 3,300 square feet of flexible meeting space for corporate events.

The lobby level of the building houses the Moonsong Bar + Cafe, which caters to both hotel guests and downtown residents. It serves a variety of foods, smoothies, and coffee, with options for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free preferences.

Adding to the attractions, the Urban Oak rooftop bar and lounge, inspired by Raleigh’s nickname, the City of Oaks, is set to open early this year on the 13th floor of the building. It will offer tapas, cocktails, live music and DJ performances, and panoramic views of downtown Raleigh.
