Dusit International continues its expansion in the Philippines by signing a hotel management agreement for Dusit Greenhills Manila, set to open in 2026. The hotel will bring Thai-inspired hospitality to San Juan City’s tallest skyscraper.

Dusit International has signed an agreement with Primex Realty Corporation to manage the upcoming Dusit Greenhills Manila, a new hotel set to open in San Juan City, Metro Manila, by the end of 2026.

The new establishment will be part of the Primex Tower, a 50-storey mixed-use development located in a prosperous residential district approximately 45 minutes from Manila International Airport. The hotel will occupy the top 10 floors of the tower, featuring 200 guest rooms and a variety of world-class facilities. The tower is set to be the tallest skyscraper in the area.

Guests of Dusit Greenhills Manila will have access to various amenities, including an award-winning Thai restaurant, a rooftop bar with panoramic city views, a rooftop swimming pool, and a gym. The hotel will also feature a ballroom and fully equipped meeting rooms, making it an ideal setting for business and social events. Additionally, the hotel’s location provides easy access to Greenhills Mall, a premier shopping and dining destination in San Juan.

Gilles Cretallaz, Chief Operating Officer of Dusit International, expressed his delight at the partnership with Primex Realty Corporation. He highlighted the hotel’s prime location and easy access to shopping, dining, and business hubs as key factors that will position Dusit Greenhills Manila to effectively serve both travellers and local residents.
