Dusit to manage Kaliwatu Villas and Residences – Dusit Collection in Flores, Indonesia

Dusit International, a leading Thai hotel and property development company, has signed a management agreement with PT Komodo Property Management for Kaliwatu Villas and Residences – Dusit Collection, a new luxury retreat on Flores Island, Indonesia. This marks Dusit’s first Dusit Collection-branded hotel in the country.

Located in Labuan Bajo, Flores Island, a rapidly growing tourism destination, Kaliwatu Villas and Residences – Dusit Collection is just minutes from Komodo International Airport and the famous Komodo National Park entrance. The luxury retreat, scheduled for full completion by the second quarter of 2028, will feature 63 private villas with plunge pools, 194 modern apartments, and a clubhouse with various amenities.

Reflecting the standards of Dusit’s luxury Dusit Collection brand, the property is designed with sleek, contemporary architecture, blending seamlessly with its natural surroundings for an immersive guest experience. In addition to its luxurious accommodations, the property offers access to Labuan Bajo’s rich cultural and natural attractions, including pink beaches, underground caves, waterfalls, hiking trails, and encounters with the world’s largest lizards within Komodo National Park.

Labuan Bajo, recognized for its unique wildlife and pristine marine environment, aims to attract 1.5 million tourists annually. Ongoing infrastructure improvements and new direct flights further boost its status as a top destination for relaxation and adventure.

The signing of the management agreement strengthens Dusit’s presence in Southeast Asia’s luxury hospitality market. Local authorities fully support the development and is being carried out in collaboration with the local community, enhancing its positive impact on the local economy.
