Rylee Arnold opened up about a recent health scare she faced while on a flight.

The 20-year-old Dancing With The Starspro took to TikTok on July 31 and documented the scary moment she realized she forgot to bring her insulin with her before the flight. Arnold, who was first diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes diagnosis at 15-years-old, shared a video of herself shaking her head, with text over the video that explained the mishap.

“Just got on the plane and went to grab some insulin from my bag because my blood sugar is starting to go high,” she wrote. “Then when I looked in my bag I couldn’t find it ANYWHERE! I’m now just realizing I left it at my apartment 😭.”

“The only problem is I’m super tired from the high blood sugar but it’s okay cause we figured it out,” she wrote in the caption before adding “Love you all.”

Fans expressed their relief on the follow-up video, with one fan commenting “that was the scariest 6 hours of my life😭.” Other fans thanked her for the update and others also wrote that they were “panicking” and “stressing” about her after her first video.

Arnold previously opened up about her diabetes on Instagram back in May 2024 to commemorate three years since she was first diagnosed in 2021.

“Although it was one of the hardest times in my life and one of the biggest learning curves for me, I’m incredibly grateful for the strength it has given me,” she wrote. “I remember when I was first diagnosed I didn’t want my diagnosis to stop me from living my dreams and working hard for the things I wanted. The fact that I have had the most amazing year, fulfilling my biggest dreams, makes me so grateful and happy!”
