Elon Musk‘s21-year-old daughter Vivian Wilson took center stage at New York Fashion Week with her first appearance on the runway.

The transgender model — who is currently estranged from her father — joined Alexis Bittar’s “MISS USA 1991” presentation on the night of Friday, September 12, marking her official NYFW debut. Wilson was selected to represent South Carolina in the show, which carried a deeper message about trans visibility and rights.

In photos obtained by Page Six, Wilson stepped onto the catwalk in a bold, shimmering red gown featuring short sleeves and a sleek silhouette from Bittar’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection. Although this was Wilson’s first official NYFW appearance, it was not her first time modeling on the runway. Back in May, she turned heads at the RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 10 premiere in New York.

New York Fashion Week has already been packed with other high-profile appearances, and Wilson wasn’t the only one making headlines. Fashion fans were treated to a rare sighting of ‘90s icons Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who stepped out publicly together for the first time since early 2024 on Friday night. The 39-year-old twins attended W Magazine and Bloomingdale’s event, where they coordinated their looks with oversized patterned scarves and long, sleek hairstyles parted down the middle.
