Elections, the Olympics, solar eclipses … yep, it’s been quite the year. We’ve experienced plenty of upheaval across the board—but perhaps those changes are most clearly evident in the worlds of entertainment and technology.

Artificial intelligence is weaving itself into the daily fabric of our lives more than ever before. We’re spending more time with social media, and our screentime continues to ratchet up. And what are we watching on those screens, both big and small? Well, we’ve seen trends in those areas, too. PG movies are in. Superhero movies are out. And at Plugged In, we’re adjusting to it all week by week, month by month.

Kennedy Unthank, Emily Tsiao and Adam Holz will join me to talk about the year that was, and we’ll unpack what it all means for families. It’s a pretty freewheeling conversation, and we’re looking forward to you joining us.
