Everhome Suites has announced the opening of several new locations across the United States, including its 20th property in Yuma, Arizona, as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.
Everhome Suites, a brand under Choice Hotels International, has expanded its presence in the United States with the opening of new properties in several key markets. This expansion includes the brand’s 20th property, located in Yuma, Arizona, and marks its entry into competitive markets in Southern California.
The new Everhome Suites in Bozeman, Montana, opened in May 2025. Situated at 959 S Fowler Ave, the property is positioned to serve visitors to Montana State University and Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital, as well as tourists exploring the region’s outdoor recreation sites. It is also conveniently located near Yellowstone International Airport and Big Sky Resort.
In July 2025, Everhome Suites opened two new locations in California. The Ontario, California, property, located at 1820 East G Street, features 113 rooms and is strategically placed near Ontario International Airport and major transportation routes. The San Bernardino, California location, with 114 rooms, is situated at 864 E Harriman Place, near Loma Linda University Medical Center and downtown San Bernardino.
The Yuma, Arizona, hotel, marking the brand’s 20th location, opened in July 2025 at 2011 E 18th Street. This 122-room hotel is positioned to accommodate military and government travelers, with proximity to Marine Corps Air Station Yuma and Yuma Regional Medical Center.
In Newington, New Hampshire, Everhome Suites opened a 106-room property in July 2025 at 2109 Woodbury Avenue. The hotel is situated near the Mall at Fox Run and Portsmouth International Airport, catering to demand from the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and nearby manufacturing facilities.
Looking ahead, Everhome Suites plans to open additional properties in August 2025. The Rochester, New York location, at 500 Bellwood Drive, will feature 114 rooms and serve travelers associated with the University of Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital and other major employers in the area. In Somerset, New Jersey, a 114-room hotel will open at 1860 Easton Avenue, positioned near I-287 to cater to corporate, healthcare, and logistics travelers.
These developments are part of Everhome Suites’ strategy to expand its footprint in high-demand markets across the United States, offering extended-stay accommodations designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers.
