Choice Hotels International has expanded its Everhome Suites brand with six new openings and three groundbreakings across Texas, Oregon, and Ohio.
Everhome Suites, a brand under Choice Hotels International, has recently opened six new properties and initiated construction on three others in various U.S. locations. These developments are part of the brand’s ongoing expansion to meet the growing demand for midscale extended stay accommodations.
Several Everhome Suites properties have commenced operations in Texas. The Bastrop location at 630 Agnes Street opened in February 2025 and features 114 rooms. This hotel is strategically placed near natural attractions and major employers like SpaceX and The Boring Company.
Following this, the Waco property at 4301 S Jack Kultgen Expressway began welcoming guests in March 2025. With 122 rooms, it serves a diverse base, including connections to Baylor University and major medical centers.
Two more openings were announced in April 2025: Everhome Suites Brownsville at 3215 Galeno Crossing and Everhome Suites El Paso at 10740 Montana Ave. Each has 122 rooms and caters to significant local economic activities and military installations, respectively.
Looking ahead, Everhome Suites Amarillo is set to open in June 2025 at 11 Care Circle. This 114-room property will primarily serve the regional medical community.
Additionally, construction for Everhome Suites Georgetown began in March 2025 at 301 N Interstate Highway 35, with an expected opening in September 2026. This 115-room hotel will target the expanding Austin metro area, focusing on sectors like microchip, EV, and AI.
Outside of Texas, Everhome Suites is also increasing its presence. In Arizona, the Yuma property at 2011 E 18th St is scheduled to open in July 2025 with 122 rooms, supporting military and medical travelers. In Oregon, the Salem location at 4370 Commercial St SE broke ground in April 2025, planning for a third-quarter 2026 opening. This 114-room hotel will cater to travelers connected to local healthcare institutions and state agencies. Lastly, in Ohio, Everhome Suites Dayton is set to break ground in June 2025 at 7030 Miller Lane, with an opening targeted for the first quarter of 2027. Positioned near major travel hubs, this 114-room hotel will accommodate a variety of travelers, including military personnel and healthcare professionals.
These new and upcoming Everhome Suites properties feature amenities tailored for extended stays, such as fully equipped kitchens, spa-style bathrooms, and flexible workspaces.
