Sandpiper, LLC has solidified its presence in Florida with the acquisition of the Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Bradenton. This location benefits from significant population growth and a strategic position in the Gulf Coast.

Sandpiper, LLC, a Virginia-based real estate organization, has announced its acquisition of the Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Bradenton, Florida. This area, part of the North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton Metropolitan Statistical Area, has experienced a notable population growth of 23.7% over the past decade.

The hotel opened its doors in January and offers 124 rooms, each equipped with a kitchen, free WiFi, and complimentary breakfast. Additional amenities include a fitness center and on-site laundry. The property’s pet-friendly policy further adds to its appeal.

This acquisition is not Sandpiper’s first involvement with the Extended Stay America brand. The company has previously built and operated a similar property in Reno-Sparks, Nevada. Sandpiper Hospitality, an affiliate, will manage the day-to-day operations of the Bradenton hotel, bringing with it extensive experience and a growing portfolio of over 65 hotels.

The acquisition expands Sandpiper’s Florida portfolio, including properties in Tampa, Orlando, Gainesville, and Lakeland. Across the United States, Sandpiper owns 39 properties spanning eight brands in 12 states. This latest acquisition underscores the company’s commitment to the Florida market.
