FBI special agent Deborah Cline reportedly testified that Price had marijuana from California brought to Houston, and that he stored it in the Turkey Leg Hut and Daiquiri Hut, which shared an address (both are now closed). According to Cline, the evidence came from John Lee Price (no relation to Lynn), who is also charged in the alleged arson attempt on Bar 5015. Per the Chronicle, John Lee told FBI agents he worked for Lynn Price and that his job involved transporting the marijuana across state lines. As much as 1,000 pounds of marijuana was reportedly stored at the restaurant, John Lee said, and security guards protected it at all times.

In addition, Special Agent Cline reportedly testified that the drugs were sold in bags branded with the Turkey Leg Hut logo. Cline said the FBI does not have any direct evidence involving Lynn Price in the sale of illegal drugs. He has not been charged with drug-related crimes that involve the Turkey Leg Hut.

Eater Dallas reached out to Lynn Price for comment.

Turkey Leg Hut has been a magnet for public disputes for years, including the public divorce of its owners and allegations that employees were not properly paid.
