The Fortnite Simpsons mini season is officially here, and it’s bringing everything you know and love from the iconic TV show into the battle royale.
For this season, the entire map has been Simpson-ified! You’ll be transported into the town of Springfield where you’ll see some of your favorite characters, locations, and even weapons. But, that’s not all, as there are a lot of new changes, like the introduction of Sidekicks and a lower total player count.

Fortnite Simpsons mini season map and POIs
Battle royale players will be dropping onto Springfield island, which is an entirely new map for the season. If you’re a fan of the show, a lot of the POIs will sound pretty familiar. Here are all of the new POIs in the Fortnite Simpsons mini season.

Fortnite Simpsons mini season weapons and items
For Fortnite Chapter 6 Mini Season 2, the weapon pool has gone back to the basics:
- Striker AR
- Suppressed Assault Rifle
- Infantry Rifle
- Tactical Shotgun
- Ranger Shotgun
- Compact SMG
- Machine SMG
- Suppressed Pistol
However, there are a few items from The Simpsons to spice things up:
- Mr. Blasty and Krusty’s Mr. Blasty
- Krusty Burger
- Super Squishee
- Steamed Hams
- Blinky Fish
What else is new in the Fortnite Simpsons mini season?
The biggest change in this mini season is, of course, the new map, but you’ll quickly notice that the map is much smaller than usual. Instead of packing a hundred players into Springfield, the max player count has been lowered to 80. The lower player count combined with the smaller map will lead to faster-paced games.
Additionally, there is a new cosmetic item named Sidekicks. Sidekicks act like pets, and they’ll follow you around as you destroy other players in Battle Royale or just about any game mode available in Fortnite. It may seem a little dangerous to bring a banana dog into battle, but don’t worry, they’re indestructible!
