Four Seasons, in partnership with Spanish real estate investment firm Blasson, plans to open Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla in Plaza Nueva, in the Arenal Quarter of central Sevilla. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2028.

The property will occupy a mid-20th-century building, which will undergo a complete revitalization before opening. The hotel will feature approximately 55 guest rooms across five storeys, with accommodations ranging from 40 to 117 square metres, including a Presidential Suite. Architecture will be led by Madrid-based Lamela, and interiors will be designed by Belén Domecq.

Located near Sevilla’s cultural and historic sites, including the Sevilla Cathedral, Archivo de Indias, and Royal Alcázar, all UNESCO World Heritage sites, the hotel will offer city skyline views and open-air terraces.

Plans include three dining and social outlets: a street-level restaurant with direct access to Plaza Nueva, a rooftop restaurant and bar with city views, and a ground-floor lounge. Additional amenities will include a spa, fitness centre, and a rooftop swimming pool overlooking the city.

Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla follows the company’s previous developments in Madrid and Mallorca.

Sevilla is accessible by high-speed rail, air, and road, and is located 2.5 hours from Madrid. The city receives nearly five million annual visitors.
