Four Seasons has announced plans for new hotel, resort, and residential openings in Italy, Greece, Saudi Arabia, and other markets in 2026, along with the inaugural sailing of Four Seasons Yachts.

Four Seasons has outlined a series of new developments and openings across multiple regions, scheduled for 2026. The company currently operates 135 hotels and resorts and 61 residences in 47 countries, with approximately 60 additional projects at various stages of development.

In the Americas, Four Seasons plans to open Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Cartagena in 2026. The company also announced the reopening of Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara in 2026.

In Europe, Four Seasons will open Danieli, A Four Seasons Hotel, Venice, and Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos, which will be the company’s second property in Greece. The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, is also scheduled to open in the region.

In the Middle East, Four Seasons will open Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island and Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay in Saudi Arabia. Four Seasons Hotel Madinah is also planned for opening near the Prophet’s Mosque.

In the Asia Pacific region, Four Seasons will open Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi at Hoan Kiem Lake, marking its debut in Vietnam’s capital.

The company has also announced its return to Berlin, Germany, with the reimagination of a hotel into a new property. Additional projects are planned in Brazil with a hotel in Rio de Janeiro at Leblon Beach, and in the United States with new developments in Charleston, Telluride, and Deer Valley.

Four Seasons Yachts is scheduled to begin its inaugural sailing in 2026, with voyages planned across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Adriatic. The Four Seasons Private Jet Experience will continue to add new itineraries and destinations.

Four Seasons manages 61 residential properties in 20 countries, with 65% of its development pipeline including a residential component. Recent and upcoming residential openings include properties in Istanbul, Bahrain Bay, Puerto Rico, Mumbai, Orlando, Naples Beach Club, Shura Island, AMAALA, Cartagena, and penthouses in Gstaad. Standalone Private Residences are planned for Washington, DC, Dubai International Financial Centre, Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach, Las Vegas, and Coconut Grove in Miami.

The company is privately held by Cascade Investment, L.L.C., Kingdom Holding Company, and Isadore Sharp through Triples Holdings Limited.
