Lorenzo Maestripieri has been named Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla. Maestripieri joined the property in June 2018 as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. He was promoted to Director of Food and Beverage in August 2021 and, in April 2023, transitioned to Director of Rooms.

Maestripieri began his career with Four Seasons in 2008, joining the opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze as Chef de Rang. In 2011, he joined the reopening team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane as a Mixologist and subsequently held several leadership roles at the property, including In-Room Dining, Lounge Manager, and Restaurant General Manager. He also completed a taskforce assignment at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island.

During his tenure at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, Maestripieri has held leadership positions in both Food and Beverage and Rooms Division. The company stated that he led the Food and Beverage team during the COVID-19 pandemic and later moved into Rooms Division.

Maestripieri is originally from a village in the Tuscan countryside. He resides in Anguilla with his family.
