Konrad Gstrein has been named Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. This appointment marks Gstrein’s return, as he began his career with Four Seasons at the same Maui location in 2001.
Gstrein’s career with Four Seasons includes various leadership roles across multiple locations. He initially served as Assistant Manager of Guest Services at the Maui resort. His career progression includes positions such as Resort Manager at the Maui property in 2012, Hotel Manager at Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills in 2014, and General Manager roles at Four Seasons Toronto in 2017 and Four Seasons San Francisco in 2021. Before his current appointment, Gstrein was the Regional Vice President and General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas.
In his new role at the Maui resort, Gstrein will oversee operations and focus on enhancing the guest experience. His responsibilities include maintaining the resort’s service standards and integrating local cultural elements into the resort’s offerings.
