Four Seasons, in collaboration with Fort Partners and Merrimac Ventures, plans to open a resort and residences in Telluride’s Mountain Village, featuring 52 guestrooms and various residential units.

Four Seasons, alongside developers Fort Partners and Merrimac Ventures, has announced plans to open Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride, a new resort and residences in Telluride’s Mountain Village. The development will include 52 guestrooms, 43 hotel residences, and 26 private residences.

The project, located adjacent to the gondola connecting Telluride and Mountain Village, aims to provide ski-in/ski-out access to the Telluride Ski Resort. The private residences will range from two to five bedrooms, while the hotel residences will offer one to four-bedroom layouts.

The resort will feature amenities such as two dining outlets, a fitness facility, and a spa with a thermal lounge, cold plunge, and eight treatment rooms. Additional wellness offerings will include a lap pool and outdoor hot tub. Residents will have access to resort amenities, a ski valet, a private lounge, and a dedicated residential team.

The development will comprise three interconnected buildings, featuring architecture by Olson Kundig and interiors by Clements Design. The design will incorporate natural materials and floor-to-ceiling windows to highlight views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains.

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride will be accessible from Telluride and Montrose Regional Airports. This project adds to Four Seasons’ portfolio of alpine properties in North America, which includes locations in Vail, Jackson Hole, Santa Fe, and Whistler, as well as an upcoming development in Deer Valley.
