The Four Seasons and Al Zorah Development Company have announced a joint venture to create a luxury beachfront resort in Al Zorah, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The resort is scheduled to open in 2026.
The project will involve completely transforming an existing luxury beachfront resort in Al Zorah, Ajman, as well as the property’s amenities, accommodations, and wellness facilities. The Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will feature 23 villas and 74 guestrooms and suites, each offering private terraces and views of the Arabian Gulf. Located just a 35-minute drive from the Dubai International airport, the resort aims to blend urban accessibility and natural serenity.
The resort will offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, luxurious spa facilities, private beach, and an outdoor oasis. Other highlights include private cabanas, a 280-foot infinity pool, an adults-only pool overlooking the sea, and a dedicated children’s pool.
Furthermore, guests can access activities such as diving excursions and guided tours to discover the region’s protected mangroves and lagoons. Golf enthusiasts will have access to the Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club, featuring an 18-hole, par-72 golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The resort’s culinary options include an all-day dining venue serving international cuisine with views of the Arabian Gulf. Additionally, a beachfront open-air bar and grill will provide the perfect setting for guests to enjoy the destination’s year-round balmy climate. An Italian restaurant overlooking the sea will offer local and exotic flavors alongside awe-inspiring views.
The resort will also provide event spaces, including a grand ballroom, a courtyard, and three versatile meeting rooms suitable for business gatherings, intimate celebrations, and milestone events.
This collaboration will add to the expanding portfolio of Four Seasons properties in the United Arab Emirates, which currently includes Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre, Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at Jumeriah, and the upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at DIFC and Four Seasons Resort and Residence Ras Al Khaimah at Mina.
