Four Seasons is set to expand its operations in Saudi Arabia with the introduction of six new hotels and three residential projects. This expansion is part of the company’s broader strategy to increase its footprint in the Middle East.
The new developments will be located in various regions across Saudi Arabia, including the Red Sea and Diriyah. The projects include the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay, which will focus on wellness and cultural activities. Another project, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island, will be part of the Red Sea Project, a regenerative tourism initiative. This location will also feature the Shura Links Clubhouse, associated with Saudi Arabia’s first championship island golf course.
In Madinah, a new Four Seasons Hotel will be situated near the Prophet’s Mosque, offering a design inspired by the Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. In Jeddah, the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at the Corniche will provide a mixed-use coastal development with rooms, suites, and serviced apartments. The Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah will be part of the Diriyah master development, close to the UNESCO-listed At-Turaif site.
Additionally, the Four Seasons Resort NEOM at Sindalah will be part of NEOM’s luxury island and yachting hub. This resort will integrate the natural environment of the Red Sea with advanced technologies.
The expansion also includes residential offerings. Recent milestones include the completion of a residential development in Bahrain Bay and the announcement of a second standalone project in Dubai. The company has also reported that over half of the units at the Four Seasons Private Residences Red Sea at Shura Island have been sold.
Upcoming projects in the Middle East include the Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in the UAE, a beachfront development near Dubai International Airport. In Abu Dhabi, the Four Seasons Private Residences at Saadiyat Beach will offer a gated beachfront community with villas and penthouses. In Oman, the Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Muscat will provide a waterfront development with hotel rooms and private residences. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina in the UAE will feature a combination of hotel suites and branded residences.
