Ben Trodd has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., the joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts. His appointment is effective July 1, 2025. Trodd, who has a 25-year history with Four Seasons, will lead the luxury yachting venture as it prepares for its debut in 2026.

Trodd’s new role will be based in Miami, where he will oversee various aspects of the Four Seasons Yachts operations, including technical operations, planning, deployment, sales, and marketing. He will also manage crew operations and collaborate with construction and design partners Fincantieri and Tillberg Design of Sweden.

The first vessel in the Four Seasons Yachts collection, named Four Seasons I, is scheduled to launch in 2026. It will feature 95 residential-style suites and a 1:1 guest-to-staff ratio. The yacht will offer 11 culinary outlets, a transverse marina activated on dedicated Marina Days, and various spa and wellness offerings. The vessel will navigate the waters of the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

His previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at AMAN and Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Four Seasons. His experience spans operational and commercial expertise, with a focus on integrating sales and operations.

Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd. is responsible for the nautical operations of the venture, while Four Seasons manages the hospitality and service experience. The construction and design of Four Seasons I are led by Fincantieri, in collaboration with Tillberg Design of Sweden.

The Four Seasons Yachts venture is part of a broader strategy to expand Four Seasons’ experiential offerings, which include hotels, resorts, residences, and private jet experiences. The second yacht, Four Seasons II, is expected to debut in 2027.
