General Hospital stars Nancy Lee Grahn and Maura West proved they are real-life best friends at the fan convention. The ABC soap held its annual fan fest this weekend, and the cast did not disappoint.
Grahn has shared a few moments from the event on Instagram. One picture featured her with West, revealing that although Ava and Alexis are bitter rivals, the two actresses are far from enemies.

It was smiles all around for the West and Grahn in the photo. The latter kept the caption simple, writing, “Besties. #gh @maurawest @generalhospitalabc.”
West popped up in the comments to show her love for her General Hospital co-star. “I love you, Nancy Lee. 🩷” she said.
Fans flooded the comments section with excitement over seeing Grahn and West together.
