Everyone has their personal preferences when it comes mac and cheese. For some, it might be the rich and creamy texture of Velveeta. For others, it could be the reliably satisfying taste of Kraft.

Yet for many others, the ultimate mac and cheese dish can be found with General Mills, specifically in the form of their fan-favorite Annie’s brand.

Proving once again why they’re one of the most popular mac and cheese companies in the food industry today, Annie’s latest product is guaranteed to leave shoppers racing to their local grocery stores, stocking up on the exciting new flavor for the winter season.

According to Allrecipes, Annie’s has officially unveiled their latest flavor with the new Pasta Spirals and Creamy Queso Mac and Cheese.

Incorporating the creamy flavor profile of Mexican queso cheese, the bold new flavor is the ultimate way to spice up an ordinary box of mac and cheese, complete with organic spiral noodles and genuine cheese ingredients.

As the name probably suggests, Pasta Spirals and Creamy Queso specifically features queso-esque ingredients, including a handful of mild spices added for flavor as opposed to strictly additional heat.

As with most of Annie’s mac and cheese products, the new flavor takes about 10 minutes to cook, making it another quick (and easy) dish for a hassle-free lunch or weekknight dinner.

With its latest release, Pasta Spirals and Creamy Queso joins a long line of beloved Annie’s mac and cheese flavors, as indicated on the company’s official website.

These include everything from Grassfed Shells and Real-Aged Cheddar to Penne & Four-Cheese Mac and Cheese.

The queso flavoring also joins other similarly inventive cheese flavors that the company has offered in the past, such as cheddar, parmesan, Alfredo cheddar and white cheddar, among many others.
