Grand Bohemian Orlando has been renamed Hotel Beauden, an Autograph Collection Hotel, following updates to its identity, restaurant and public spaces.

The hotel’s restaurant and bar, formerly The Boheme and Bosendorfer Lounge, now operate as Libra. Executive Chef Francisco Sillero leads the restaurant’s culinary program, which includes Hispanic, Floridian and Asian influences.

Menu items include smoked crab dip with fried garlic gremolata and crispy wonton; pork belly with soy glaze, pickled carrots and toasted cashew; and seared salmon with local grains, poblano crema and roasted tomatillo chow chow.

The hotel will continue its Sunday Jazz Brunch every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The brunch includes unlimited mimosas, live entertainment, a cinnamon roll cart, carving station, omelet station and dessert wall.

The property has added a lobby mural by American artist Amy Rader. The mural, titled “The Beautiful Becoming,” includes references to Lake Eola, Orlando swans and the hotel’s gold geometric pattern.

Hotel Beauden also has updated The Rotunda with banquette seating, lighting, tea-height tables with stools and drapery. The work follows an $18 million renovation of all 248 guestrooms and the property’s public spaces completed in 2024.

Later this fall, the hotel plans to introduce locally inspired activations and programming. A Steinway grand piano has been installed in The Rotunda as part of a partnership with the Steinway Society of Central Florida. The organization is committed to making music accessible to children within the community.

The hotel is located near the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Kia Center, Church Street, City Hall and Lake Eola Park. Rates start at $309 per night.
