Hard Rock Hotel Makes Canadian Debut in London, Ontario

Hard Rock Hotel in London, Ontario, the first of its kind in Canada, has officially opened. The hotel is within 100 Kellogg Lane, a part of Canada’s most extensive indoor entertainment complex, in the heart of London’s Old East Village. It’s a few minutes from the Western Fair District and a short drive from downtown.

The 164-room luxury hotel’s grand opening was attended by owners, local leaders, and VIP guests, including John Rees, Senior Vice President of Hotels at Hard Rock International. Rees expressed his excitement about the hotel’s fusion of music, entertainment, and hospitality, which will provide unforgettable experiences for guests both locally and globally.

Brendon Ainscow, the hotel’s General Manager, stated that the hotel would significantly contribute to London’s economy and foster its cultural and tourism industries. He expressed his pride as a Londoner in welcoming guests from Southwestern Ontario and across the globe to Canada’s First Hard Rock Hotel.

The property features a range of unique amenities, including specialty suites with floor-to-ceiling windows, family-style guestrooms with separate rooms featuring bunk beds, and ultra-luxurious rockstar and terrace suites. Other amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool with a state-of-the-art underwater sound system, a signature Hard Rock GMT lobby bar, a 1913 speakeasy offering mixologist-driven cocktails, a Rock Shop, and valet parking.
