Dave Berkus will be a featured speaker at the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) Executive Vendor Summit, scheduled for March 25–27, 2026, at the Hilton Fort Worth in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Executive Vendor Summit, organized by HFTP and Hospitality Upgrade, will bring together senior technology executives from the hospitality industry for three days of thought leadership, education, and networking at the Hilton Fort Worth from March 25 to March 27, 2026.

Dave Berkus will participate in a fireside chat session alongside Prakash Shukla, managing partner at Wayfare Ventures LLC, and Derick Schaudies, managing director at TI Partners. The session, moderated by David Chestler, president of ProVision Partners, will explore how investors evaluate opportunities, factors shaping current investment strategies, and innovations driving change in technology sectors.

Berkus was inducted into HFTP’s International Hospitality Technology Hall of Fame in 1998 for his contributions to the hospitality industry, particularly through software innovations. He developed the Berkus Method, a valuation framework for assessing startup potential, and has invested in numerous early-stage companies. Berkus has held leadership roles, including CEO, chairman, or lead director for various organizations and has served as a board member for more than 40 companies.

Berkus has authored several books, including “The Leader’s Toolkit: A New Collection of Tools, Strategies, and Tactics They Never Teach in Business School.” His career includes founding, operating, and growing companies in hospitality, entertainment, and enterprise software sectors.
