Hilton has announced the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre, a new addition to its portfolio in Gujarat, India. This is part of Hilton’s strategy to meet the needs of India’s growing middle class and contribute to Surat’s rapidly developing economy.
Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre, marking its first Hilton Garden Inn in Gujarat, India. This move significantly strengthens Hilton’s presence in the state, a crucial economic corridor. The company already operates DoubleTree by Hilton Ahmedabad and Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri in Gujarat.
Unity Holidays LLP developed the Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre. This expansion aligns with the demands of a broad customer base and caters to India’s expanding middle-class market in major gateway cities.
Surat, India’s eighth-largest city, is a global textiles and diamond polishing hub. The city is undergoing a rapid economic transformation spurred by the new Surat Diamond Bourse and an upcoming international airport. Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre, conveniently located just 500 meters from Surat Railway Station in the heart of the business district, is strategically positioned to meet the increasing demand for high-quality, affordable accommodation.

Recreational amenities include a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool.
