• Hilton Global Foundation Makes Largest Annual Grant With $5.4 Million to Global Organizations – Image Credit Hilton   

The Hilton Global Foundation has committed $5.4 million in grants to 18 nonprofit organizations across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The Hilton Global Foundation has invested $5.4 million in 18 nonprofit organizations, marking its largest annual grant portfolio to date. The grants support organizations that expand career opportunities, advance community resilience, and address food insecurity, waste reduction, and employment access.

Recipients in the Americas include Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, which will partner with Hilton to create a mentoring program for individuals ages 16–25, and the International Youth Foundation in Mexico, which will provide job-readiness training and counseling to 350 youth in Mexico City. The WASH Foundation in Orlando, Florida, will continue its mobile shower and hygiene services for people experiencing homelessness, while Hospitality Hub in Memphis, Tennessee, will develop Hub North, a campus expected to help more than 100 families annually achieve stability. Other U.S.-based grantees include Empowered Network, which coordinates programs to prevent human trafficking and expand economic mobility for survivors; DC Central Kitchen in Washington, D.C., which will support two Culinary Job Training classes for 165 individuals; and the National Down Syndrome Society, which will pilot an employment initiative in Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, Georgia, to expand hiring pathways for individuals with Down syndrome.

In the Asia Pacific region, Planet Water Foundation will install an AquaTower filtration system at a school to provide clean drinking water and hygiene education. Hands On Tokyo in Japan will provide hospitality experience and skills training to more than 95 individuals with disabilities. Ocean Purpose Project in Singapore will launch the Beach Hub to Clean Seas initiative, aiming to divert 10,000 pounds of waste annually and provide more than 2,500 learning and career opportunities. STREETS International in Vietnam will expand access to its 14-month residential hospitality training program, and the Tourism & Hospitality Skills Council in India will train 1,080 young people through certified programs. The World Wildlife Fund will expand food waste reduction and food security initiatives in Southeast Asia and Latin America.

In Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, The Felix Project in the United Kingdom will expand its Commis Chef Apprenticeship Program, delivering more than 400,000 meals and preventing over 200 tons of food waste. Fondation Marocaine de l’Éducation pour l’Emploi in Morocco will launch the TALENT initiative to equip 4,600 young people with digital, soft, and hospitality skills and place over 330 graduates in jobs. Mukuru Promotion Centre in Kenya will expand vocational training for youth, and PizzAut in Italy will expand its food truck initiative and renovate supported housing for 30 individuals with autism. The Türkiye Down Syndrome Association will expand its Supported Career Program to provide hospitality training and job placement for individuals with disabilities.

The grants are expected to create more than 170,000 learning and career opportunities, provide more than 400,000 meals to community members in need, and prevent nearly 350,000 pounds of carbon emissions from food waste. The Hilton Global Foundation’s $5.4 million commitment in February 2026 supports programs aligned with Hilton’s Travel with Purpose 2030 Goals.
