Hilton Garden Inn Kocaeli Dilovasi is planned to open in 2027. The hotel will have 104 guest rooms, a 500-square-metre multifunction hall, a restaurant and bar, an indoor pool, gym, and Turkish hammam.

In addition to these signings, Hilton stated that 2026 will see the opening of Hilton Istanbul Airport and the completion of renovations at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus.

These include Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia, Curio Collection by Hilton, Porto Chiara Istanbul Karakoy, Les Temps Istanbul Karakoy, Palazzo Donizetti Istanbul, and Myrna Izmir Konak.
