Hilton has announced an agreement with UOL Group to launch a NoMad hotel in Singapore. This marks the first introduction of the NoMad brand in the Asia Pacific region, following the successful opening of NoMad London in 2021.

The new hotel, set to open in 2027, will be situated on Orchard Road, a prime shopping and entertainment area in Singapore. It will have 173 rooms and offer guests a unique blend of luxury lifestyle and cultural immersion. The location will allow guests to explore Singapore’s rich culture and history, with proximity to heritage sites such as Arab Street, Bugis, and Chinatown.

The NoMad Singapore aims to provide a unique balance between grandeur and intimacy, classic and contemporary design. It will showcase the brand’s curated identity through bespoke local artworks featured in each guest room.

In line with Hilton’s growth strategy in the Asia Pacific region, the opening of NoMad Singapore contributes to the company’s goal to expand its luxury presence to 150 hotels in the coming years. Hilton also plans to introduce Waldorf Astoria properties in various Asian cities, including Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Shanghai, Tokyo, Xi’an, and Hanoi, in the next two years.

Furthermore, Hilton is set to expand its Conrad Hotels & Resorts with upcoming properties in prime travel destinations across China and Nagoya, Japan. The company has also introduced LXR Hotels & Resorts to Southeast Asia with Umana Bali and ROKU KYOTO in Japan, which will join Hilton’s global luxury portfolio of over 500 properties.
