Hilton has announced the development of Elephant Tree Resort and Villas Tobago, a new resort under the Tapestry Collection that will open in 2028.

Hilton is set to expand its Caribbean presence by adding a new resort in Tobago, the Elephant Tree Resort and Villas Tobago, which will be part of its Tapestry Collection. The resort, which will be located in Roxborough, Tobago, is planned to open in 2028. 

The resort will occupy a 21-acre beachfront property with 40 guest rooms and 126 residences. These residences will include 88 three-bedroom and 38 two-bedroom units, offering up to 1,560 square feet of living space. The residences will also be available for purchase, with owners having the option to include their units in the hotel’s rental program.

Elephant Tree Resort and Villas Tobago will offer various amenities designed to enhance the guest experience. These include three swimming pools, a modern spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Additionally, the resort will provide 400 square feet of meeting space suitable for events such as weddings and corporate gatherings.

The resort’s dining options will cater to a range of tastes. It features a beach club with a bar and grill, a lobby bar, and a signature all-day dining restaurant. These facilities are designed to make the most of the resort’s scenic oceanfront location.

Hilton continues to drive growth in the region with a portfolio of more than 285 hotels and resorts open and a robust pipeline of more than 140 additional hotels in different stages of development.
