Hilton’s luxury brands, including Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts, NoMad Hotels, and Signia by Hilton, are set to celebrate a record year of growth in 2025. The brand’s expansion includes more than 500 hotels in some of the world’s most desirable destinations, such as New York, Costa Rica, Athens, and Osaka.

In 2024, notable openings included Conrad Singapore Orchard, Conrad Orlando, Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island, Ka Laʻi Waikīkī Beach, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Beach House and Shore Village at Hotel del Coronado, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Bahrain Financial Harbour, Conrad Chongqing, and Signia by Hilton Atlanta. In addition, Hilton has entered into an exclusive partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) and is growing its standalone Waldorf Astoria Residences portfolio.

Hilton launched Hilton for Luxury, a global luxury travel advisor (LTA) program. This initiative is designed to assist Hilton’s top-performing LTAs in every region in booking world-class accommodations.

Dino Michael, Senior Vice President and Global Head of Hilton Luxury Brands, noted that 2025 is expected to be the ‘Year of the Travel Maximizer’, with luxury travelers seeking to make every moment count. He mentioned that Hilton is excited to introduce these travelers to a new era of luxury with the reopening of flagship properties and new market openings in sought-after locations such as Costa Rica, Osaka, London, and more.

Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, an iconic brand within Hilton’s luxury portfolio, will continue to expand in popular destinations worldwide. In the coming years, 16 more properties will join its current portfolio of 34 in 18 countries. Highlights of future openings include Waldorf Astoria New York, Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique, Waldorf Astoria Osaka, and Waldorf Astoria Shanghai Qiantan.

Conrad Hotels & Resorts, the largest Hilton Luxury Brand portfolio with nearly 50 properties, continues its global expansion with two new hotels in 2025. These include the Conrad Athens Hotel, part of a new city destination, The Ilisian, and Conrad Hamburg, marking the debut of the luxury Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand in Germany.

LXR Hotels & Resorts, which celebrates the timeless pursuit of personal adventure in the world’s most alluring destinations, is set to grow in new West Coast markets, with properties such as Arizona Biltmore, Beach Village and Shore House at Hotel del Coronado, and Ka Laʻi Waikīkī Beach joining the portfolio of independent hotels in 2024.

Signia by Hilton is set to make its international debut in January 2025 with Signia by Hilton Amman, marking the brand’s first property outside the U.S. Located in a prime area in Amman, the hotel will open with 272 guest rooms and suites, offering guests an exceptional stay in one of the world’s oldest cities.
