HVS Brokerage & Advisory announced the sale of the 80-key Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston NASA – Boardwalk Area, located at 2710 East NASA Parkway in Seabrook, Texas, to Schreiner and Kwon Inc. of Richland, Washington.
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston NASA – Boardwalk Area, built in 2019, was acquired by Schreiner and Kwon Inc. from Harshy Seabrook Hospitality, Inc., based in Galveston, Texas.
The hotel is located along NASA Parkway, across from Clear Lake and near major demand drivers, including NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital, HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake, and the University of Houston-Clear Lake campus. It is also close to corporate entities such as Arkema, Honeywell, Celanese, Bayer, DuPont, LyondellBasell, and ExxonMobil.
The property is less than three miles from the 60-acre Kemah Boardwalk outdoor theme park, which features rides, roller coasters, restaurants, carnival games, retail shops, and a 400-slip marina.
HVS Brokerage & Advisory managed the transaction, with team members Eric Guerrero, James Rebullida, Kyle Peterek, Fadi Rawashdeh, and Daneen Godinet participating. The transaction marks the second deal in the past month that HVS Brokerage & Advisory has closed with Schreiner and Kwon Inc.
