168 Room Hotel Bourré Bonne Louisville, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, has opened in downtown Louisville

Hotel Bourré Bonne Louisville, a member of the Curio Collection by Hilton, has officially opened its doors in downtown Louisville. The hotel is situated near the NuLu district, Whiskey Row, the Kentucky International Convention Center, and the KFC Yum Center Arena. It offers 168 guest rooms, including four suites and 16 deluxe rooms.

The hotel features a rooftop area with a swimming pool, bar, and restaurant. The hotel’s design incorporates elements that reflect Kentucky’s heritage, such as an oxidized horse-head sculpture at the entrance and bourbon barrel decorations in the lobby. The interiors feature a blend of polished and raw concrete materials, complemented by custom woodwork, and a color palette inspired by the Bluegrass State.

Hotel Bourré Bonne also offers over 7,000 square feet of meeting space, featuring two boardrooms and a ballroom with stunning views of the Ohio River and Whiskey Row. The hotel offers two dining options conceptualized by restaurateur Kevin Grangier. The ground-floor Steakhouse Bourré Bonne serves French-inspired cuisine paired with local bourbons, while the Rooftop Bourré Bonne offers an all-day menu in a 6,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor space with city views.

The hotel is part of the Hilton Honors program, allowing members to earn points and access benefits. Reservations are now available, with nightly rates starting at $309.
