IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened a new Hotel Indigo property in the Las Colinas neighborhood of Irving, Texas, marking the company’s 13th Texas-based property opened in 2024. The 150-room hotel, developed and owned by Shree M Capital, is a 10-minute drive from Dallas Love Field airport and is located along the Mandalay Canal.
The hotel’s design reflects the unique character of the Las Colinas neighborhood, with architectural features and interior designs inspired by the local culture, landscape and history. The hotel’s restaurant, KLEO, offers a modern Mediterranean dining experience, reflecting the global influences found within Las Colinas.
The hotel offers an array of amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool with a bar overlooking the canal, a fitness center, and 5,400 square feet of meeting and event space.

The neighborhood of Las Colinas hosts various cultural festivals, including the Canal Fest and the DFW Dragon Boat Festival, offering visitors a rich tapestry of cultural experiences.
Hotel Indigo currently operates 162 hotels worldwide, with 128 more in development, including locations in Barbados, West Chester, Pa., and Lima Miraflores.
