Hotelogix Cloud PMS Integrates with the Shomoos Security System in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, has integrated its Hotel Property Management System (Hotel PMS) with the Shomoos Security System. This integration aims to assist hotels become compliant by automating the process of sharing guest information with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As per the law, it is mandatory for all the hotels operating in the Kingdom to share guest details with the government.

Established by a Royal Decree in 2014, the Shomoos Security System is a centralized, automated system within the National Information Network. Via this integration between Hotelogix and Shomoos, all guest data will be automatically sent to the National Information Center at the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With automation, hotels can eliminate the need to manually input guest data into Shomoos each time a guest checks in, thereby saving time, minimizing errors, and allowing staff to focus on more important tasks – serving guests better.
