The Soul Spear is a special weapon in Crimson Desert. From its spearhead to the shaft, the weapon presents a ghostly translucent tone of blue — a fitting design for a weapon that holds the souls of your enemies. To add this weapon to your arsenal, you must find the path to enter the mountains and rob the guards of its spear.

How to get the Soul Spear in Crimson Desert
The Soul Spear is a strong weapon with 27 attack and is capable of unleashing projectiles to hit enemies in the surrounding area when you kill a foe. It’s located inside the Antumbra Ritual Grounds, a hidden location in the Argent Peaks on the western side of Hernand. The exact location can be found between the two upper lines in “H” in Hernand on the map.
Before you start your journey to collect this rather unique weapon, you should know that it involves entering a building crowded with magic users who float and fire projectiles. You don’t need to kill them in order to obtain the weapon, but we will leave it to your discretion whether to fight them or not.
The Antumbra Ritual Grounds entrance is on the mountainside of the Argent Peaks. To access the entrance, you will need to climb over the edge of the mountain. A good landmark to locate the place is a rock bridge, which should be visible to the northwest when above the entrance.
Once you jump, be ready to either fight or run. If you plan on fighting, be prepared to take on a lot of enemies. If you plan on speeding through the grounds, it’s important to know that you most likely won’t make it out alive, but it is, unfortunately, the fastest way to grab the spear.
There are three guards right at the entrance — one outside and two inside. Inside the grounds, your goal is to jump and land on a platform on the south side of the lower level. If you miss it, you can always use Axiom Force to reach other platforms and make your way to it. However, if you’re speedrunning and ignoring enemies, you’ll become an easy target while using Axiom Force.
Once you’ve reached the platform on the south side, you’ll find the Soul Spear eerily floating at the center of the room. Hold X/Square on the controller and E on the keyboard to get the weapon. If you decide to blitz inside and avoid the enemies, you unfortunately won’t be able to teleport out. Your best option is to intentionally die, then choose the “Revive at Checkpoint” option. You will respawn outside the Antumbra Ritual Grounds with the Soul Spear in your inventory.
