Huafa Snow Bonski is set to open a new ski dome in Shenzhen on September 29. The facility spans 100,000 square meters and includes five ski slopes with a combined length of 1,569 meters. The dome is designed to accommodate both recreational skiers and professional athletes, with slopes meeting International Ski Federation standards for events such as alpine parallel competitions and slalom.

The ski dome features a maximum vertical drop of 83 meters and a maximum slope of 18 degrees. The longest single run extends 463 meters. In addition to the ski slopes, the facility features two terrain parks and a 4,000-square-meter Ice & Snow Wonderland, offering 14 interactive attractions for visitors of all ages.

The opening event will feature a snow show that combines professional skills and interactive elements. The facility aims to offer year-round snow sports opportunities in Shenzhen and is positioned to host international competitions.

Huafa Snow Bonski integrates professional venues, coaching, training, and the capacity to host international competitions. The facility is part of a broader strategy to enhance the cultural and sports economy in the Greater Bay Area, which includes Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Macau, and Guangzhou.

The project also aims to attract international tourists and winter-sports talent through events, training collaborations, and recreational offerings.
