Hunter Fieri was feeling a bit envious of his fiancée, Tara Bernstein, after she shared photos of a recent trip on social media.

The oldest son of celebrity chef Guy Fieri made his feelings known when he commented on the collection of photos that Bernstein shared on Instagram on Wednesday, Sept. 25.

Bernstein, a professional pickleball player, recently traveled to New York City for a tournament. Most of the photos and videos included in her nine-part Instagram carousel provided snapshots from the competition, including some with Bernstein playing. She kicked off the photo series with a shot of herself on a court holding a pickleball in one hand and a racket in the other. She aimed a wide smile at the camera as she posed with city skyscrapers visible behind her.

Bernstein, who is from New York, wrote in her Instagram caption that returning to her hometown for the tournament was “a surreal, full-circle moment🥺🤍.” She added that she was “Grateful for the amazing people, creators and players who have brought this sport so far. 🫶🏓💫.”

The outfit that Bernstein wore in the first photo—which featured a bright pink crop top, matching shorts and white sneakers—quickly drew her fiancé’s attention, who mentioned his appreciation for her style when he left a comment on her post.

“Bummed and jealous I missed it babe! I love you and the all pink fit 🔥❤️,” Hunter wrote.

The comment drew a sweet reaction from Bernstein, who responded, “missed you❤️🥺.”

Bernstein and Hunter met in early 2023 and got engaged at the Fieri family ranch over the Thanksgiving holiday. The Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives host told Brides earlier this year that his son and Bernstein are planning to tie the knot back at the ranch in May 2025.
