Hyatt has opened three new properties in Shanghai’s Lingang area, comprising Hyatt Regency Shanghai Lingang, Hyatt Place Shanghai Lingang Xinchen International Conference Center, and Hyatt Place Shanghai Lingang.
Hyatt has announced the opening of three new hotels in Shanghai’s Lingang district. The properties include Hyatt Regency Shanghai Lingang, Hyatt Place Shanghai Lingang Xinchen International Conference Center, and Hyatt Place Shanghai Lingang. These hotels are located in the core of the Lingang business district, offering access to local attractions such as the Shanghai Astronomy Museum, Dishui Lake, Haichang Ocean Park, and L+SNOW Indoor Skiing Theme Resort. The hotels are connected to downtown Shanghai via Metro Line 16’s Dishui Lake Station.
The Hyatt Regency Shanghai Lingang features 305 guestrooms with views of Dishui Lake. The hotel includes six dining venues, pet-friendly accommodations, and 4,900 square meters of event space. Additional amenities include a 24-hour fitness center and a two-story Kids’ Club.
Hyatt Place Shanghai Lingang Xinchen International Conference Center, connected to the Hyatt Regency by an indoor sky bridge, offers 364 rooms and various event spaces. The hotel is designed to accommodate business travelers and event attendees, with themed family rooms available.
Hyatt Place Shanghai Lingang provides 128 rooms equipped with kitchenettes, refrigerators, and washer-dryers, catering to families and extended-stay guests.
The opening of these properties is part of Hyatt’s strategy to expand its presence in Shanghai, providing a range of accommodations for business, leisure, and extended stays. The hotels aim to serve diverse guest needs while enhancing connectivity and access to the city’s attractions.
