The Hyatt Regency Times Square has officially opened at 1605 Broadway, introducing the first Hyatt Regency hotel to New York City. The property, owned by Argent Ventures and managed by Highgate, features 795 rooms. The hotel underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation to transform the space into a modern accommodation option in the Times Square area.

The hotel includes a two-story lobby with a restaurant and a glass atrium that overlooks Broadway. The design incorporates elements inspired by the theater district, such as colorful, translucent disks reminiscent of theater marquees. The development and design were overseen by Lucid, Highgate’s design and construction group, in collaboration with Gensler and Hyatt.

Guestrooms and suites at the Hyatt Regency Times Square offer views of New York City through large windows. The rooms are equipped with blackout curtains, built-in reading lights, and charging stations. The penthouse suite, measuring 969 square feet, can be expanded by connecting with two additional guest rooms, offering views from Times Square to the Hudson River.

The hotel also features a MAMMA MIA!-themed room, developed in collaboration with the musical, which is returning to Broadway. This room provides a themed experience for guests interested in theater and film.

The hotel’s fitness center is one of the largest in Manhattan, offering a variety of cardio and strength training equipment. The lobby restaurant, Cue 48, transitions from a daytime café to an evening lounge, providing health-conscious food and beverage options.

In addition to the hotel accommodations, the property features 290,000 square feet of commercial space, which CBRE markets. This space features column-free zones and multiple private entrance options, catering to diverse business needs.
