Hyatt Hotels Corporation has opened Hyatt Studios Huntsville in Alabama, marking the expansion of its upper-midscale extended-stay brand.
Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of Hyatt Studios Huntsville, located in Alabama. This development is part of Hyatt’s strategy to grow its upper-midscale extended-stay brand, following the earlier opening of a similar property in Mobile, Alabama. The Huntsville location is developed in collaboration with 3H Group, which has been instrumental in the brand’s expansion.
Hyatt Studios Huntsville is located near major employers and facilities, including Redstone Arsenal, Cummings Research Park, NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, and Downtown Huntsville. The property offers 120 studio-style apartment suites, designed for extended stays, with amenities including well-equipped kitchens, lounge areas, and workspaces.
The hotel offers amenities for long-term guests, including a 24/7 market, complimentary breakfast, fiber internet, EV charging stations, a fitness studio, and self-service laundry. Outdoor amenities include a patio with a fire pit and grill. The hotel also features a 623-square-foot meeting room suitable for small events and business gatherings.
This opening is part of 3H Group’s broader expansion strategy, which plans to introduce additional Hyatt-branded properties in the southeastern United States. Future developments include a Caption by Hyatt hotel in Chattanooga, Tennessee; dual-brand Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels in East Nashville, Tennessee; and a Hyatt Studios hotel in Jacksonville, Florida.
The Huntsville property is managed by LBA Hospitality, which operates over 115 hotels in the southeastern U.S.
