Hyatt Hotels Corporation has entered into management agreements with Chai Talay Hotel Co. Ltd and Narai Hotel Company Limited to introduce The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand in Thailand. The two properties, The Barai Hua Hin and Narai Hotel, will be the first of this brand in the country.
The Barai Hua Hin is scheduled to open in late 2026. It will be located adjacent to the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and will feature a wellness-focused resort. The property will include 90 rooms and suites, a wellness center, a central pool, gardens, and two restaurants. The Barai spa will offer 18 treatment rooms and eight residential spa suites.
The Narai Hotel, set to reopen in 2028, will be situated in Silom, Bangkok, on the site of the original Narai Hotel. The 250-room hotel will be part of the Hatai development, which will include dining, retail, and community spaces. The property will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, a lounge, fitness facilities, a pool, and meeting spaces.
These developments expand Hyatt’s presence in Thailand, which currently includes 15 properties across various brands.
