IHCL has signed an agreement to open a new Gateway hotel in Nathdwara, Rajasthan.

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) is set to expand its presence in Rajasthan with the introduction of a new Gateway hotel in Nathdwara. The property, featuring 101 rooms, is part of IHCL’s strategic expansion into key spiritual and cultural destinations across India.

Located in the scenic Aravalli Hills, the Gateway Nathdwara will cover an area of 6 acres. The hotel is designed to cater to tourists and pilgrims visiting the region, known for its spiritual significance and cultural heritage. The facility will include a variety of dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant and a specialty restaurant. Additionally, the hotel will offer extensive banqueting facilities, boasting over 8,000 square feet of indoor event space and a 10,000 square foot outdoor lawn.

Recreational amenities at the Gateway Nathdwara include a swimming pool and a fitness center, enhancing the guest experience with leisure activities. This hotel is being developed in collaboration with local partner Mr. Madan Singh Chauhan, who aims to boost the hospitality offerings in the area.

With the addition of the Gateway Nathdwara, IHCL will increase its portfolio in Rajasthan to 31 hotels, including eight currently under development. This expansion is aligned with IHCL’s objective to increase its footprint in regions with high tourist and cultural value.

The project details, including the timeline for completion, have not been disclosed yet.
