The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has launched a new luxury hotel in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The Taj Mussoorie Foothills Hotel marks an expansion of the Taj brand in the region, bolstered by the recent inauguration of the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway, which has significantly improved connectivity.
The hotel is nestled in the serene foothills of the Himalayas and offers a luxurious escape that harmoniously blends modern elegance with the region’s natural beauty. Taj Mussoorie Foothills features 115 rooms, including 16 exquisitely designed suites, providing an immersive escape for guests.
The hotel offers diverse culinary experiences, including Vista, an all-day dining restaurant serving global and Indian flavors; House of Nomad, a sophisticated gastropub; Tropics, a poolside dining venue; and Emperor Lounge, a space for high tea and handcrafted beverages.
In addition to its expansive dining options, Taj Mussoorie Foothills has four versatile banqueting spaces ranging from 1,200 sq. ft. to 8,000 sq. ft. and well-equipped meeting rooms. This makes it an ideal destination for hosting weddings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Guests can also indulge in rejuvenating experiences at the J Wellness Spa. The hotel features dedicated amenities for pets, a children’s activity zone, a walking track with accessibility features, and EV charging stations, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive stay.
