Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed an agreement to open a new Ginger hotel at Terminal 2 of Mumbai International Airport. The new hotel will feature 200 rooms and will be part of a mixed-use development that includes retail and commercial spaces. The addition of this hotel will bring IHCL’s total number of properties in Mumbai to 14, with two more under development. This expansion is part of IHCL’s strategy to increase its presence at major transit hubs across India. The company already has Ginger hotels located at airports in Bengaluru, Kolkata, MOPA Goa, and near airports in Nagpur and Coimbatore.
