IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Hotel Schloss Reinhartshausen, which will become part of its Vignette Collection in Germany. The property, located in Eltville-Erbach in the Rheingau wine region, is owned by Dana Qadir and will be managed by IHG. This signing follows the recent additions of Bristol Berlin and Alte Post in Reit im Winkl, further expanding IHG’s presence in the German market.

The Vignette Collection, launched in 2021, aims to attract hotel owners who wish to maintain their properties’ unique characteristics while benefiting from IHG’s global network. The brand is on track to reach its goal of 100 hotels by 2030, having surpassed the halfway mark within three years.

Hotel Schloss Reinhartshausen is situated near Wiesbaden and Mainz, approximately 35 kilometers from Frankfurt International Airport. The location is known for its proximity to the Rheingau Music Festival, which draws over 100,000 visitors annually. The hotel currently features 53 rooms and suites, three dining establishments, nine meeting rooms totaling 380 square meters, and a wellness area. Plans are in place for potential property expansion.

The addition of Hotel Schloss Reinhartshausen to the Vignette Collection is part of IHG’s strategy to grow its luxury and lifestyle portfolio in Germany, a priority market for the company. IHG currently operates 171 hotels in Germany, with an additional 65 in development across ten brands, including InterContinental, Kimpton, and Hotel Indigo.
