IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Crowne Plaza Paris – Marne-la-Vallée, a 250-room hotel expected to open in the second half of 2026.

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to open a Crowne Plaza hotel in Magny-le-Hongre, near Disneyland Paris. The Crowne Plaza Paris – Marne-la-Vallée will feature 250 rooms and is anticipated to be fully converted by the latter half of 2026. This development is part of IHG’s strategy to expand its leisure portfolio in Europe, with the hotel located approximately 10 minutes from Disneyland Paris.

The new property will join IHG’s existing portfolio of over 90 Crowne Plaza hotels in Europe, with an additional 17 in the development pipeline. The hotel will include amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a wellness area, two restaurants, a social space, and a bar. It will also feature large meeting spaces, including a ballroom, to accommodate conferences and gatherings.

The agreement for the Crowne Plaza Paris – Marne-la-Vallée is in partnership with the Danish real estate company Proark. The location in Magny-le-Hongre is noted for its proximity to Disneyland Paris, a major European tourist attraction, and its scenic local landscape.
