EVEN Hotels, a part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, has opened a new hotel near the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport and announced plans for a site in Beaverton, Oregon.
The Bozeman Hotel, located 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman and 90 minutes from Yellowstone National Park, is the first EVEN Hotel in Montana. It joins a portfolio of over 20 other IHG hotels in the state. The upcoming Beaverton location will be the second EVEN property in Oregon, following the EVEN Hotel Eugene.
The Bozeman hotel, which has 120 rooms, is owned by ERES Yellowstone Hospitality and operated by O’Reilly Hospitality Management. The Beaverton Hotel will offer 90 rooms and is owned by Timberland Hotel Ventures & Holdings, with operations handled by Maps Hospitality. Both hotels will reflect the brand’s updated design and offer new features, such as in-room fitness options and a refreshed restaurant concept.
Lauren Krostue, the head of EVEN Hotels, stated that both locations were chosen due to their dynamic growth and unique appeals to wellness-focused and business travelers.
Guests at both locations can expect wellness-focused features such as spa-like showers, filtered water hydration stations, a premium sleep experience, and an in-room fitness experience. Additionally, the hotels will offer a restaurant with a range of menu options and a 24/7 market.
Mike Elliott, CEO of ERES Companies, expressed excitement over the opening of the Bozeman location and its potential positive impact on tourism and the local economy.
The Bozeman Hotel will provide easy access to local attractions, including the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, Montana State University, Yellowstone National Park, and several ski resorts. The Beaverton Hotel will be located near Portland’s attractions, such as Forest Park, Nike World Headquarters, and the Oregon Zoo.
With these two additions, EVEN Hotels now operates 32 properties worldwide, with 27 more in the pipeline.
