The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) recently shared that its loyalty program, ‘Taj InnerCircle’, under Tata Neu’s loyalty program ‘NeuPass’, has achieved the landmark of 10 million members.
The Executive Vice President – Commercial, IHCL, Mr. Parveen Chander Kumar, attributed the rapid growth of IHCL’s member base with NeuPass to the strength of the ‘One Tata’ ecosystem. He mentioned that the loyalty-driven revenue currently accounts for over 40% of IHCL’s total enterprise revenue. The company remains focused on enhancing lifetime customer value and utilizing technology to enrich guest experiences. The program has notably expanded IHCL’s digital presence across its diverse portfolio, from mid-scale to luxury.
Mr. Kumar further stated that the loyalty program has played a critical role in IHCL’s transformative journey, evidenced by a fivefold increase in its member base, culminating in the 10 million member milestone. The diverse ecosystem offered by Tata Neu across travel, hospitality, shopping, financial services, and more has furnished IHCL with a strong competitive edge in growing and retaining its expanding member base.
