Say what you want about Bettina Trump’s politics, but the new Mrs. Donald Trump Jr.’s style isn’t up for debate. The Palm Beach socialite’s effortless chic looks are always on-point—from her bespoke silk Safiyaa wedding slip dress that gave major Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy vibes to the sleek black Elie Saab ensemble she wore for UFC Freedom 250 at the White House, the president’s daughter-in-law just doesn’t miss.
With events galore leading up to and including the country’s 250th birthday, Bettina has been on the go and showing up in style. So what has Don Jr.’s new bride worn recently? Here are a few of her standout summer looks:
Father’s Day Weekend at Camp David
The Trump clan spent Father’s Day weekend at Camp David, and Bettina was photographed in a classically elegant (and surprisingly simple) white tank and flowy striped skirt. But that wasn’t the best ‘fit of the trip. Her lacey white button-down shirt dress (paired with a black bow-tied belt) stole the show.
The Maiden Flight of the New Air Force One
Several of the president’s children, along with key members of his administration, boarded the brand-new Air Force One for its first flight. Bettina’s tailored cream pants and a matching tunic top were the perfect pairing for this historic event.
The Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Dedication
Bettina jetted off to North Dakota to attend her father-in-law’s speech, and again paired a tastefully chic dress (a tan tea-length design with spaghetti straps) with a slim black bow-tied belt. And yes, it does look strikingly like the same accessory she sported at Camp David.
Donald Trump’s Mt. Rushmore Speech
Trump (Bettina, that is) channeled a different Kennedy in her Mt. Rushmore event look. This time, the first daughter-in-law wore a red skirt suit reminiscent of Jackie O.
While Bettina donned a leg-baring mini on the way to the event, she switched things up, pairing the red three-quarter-sleeve jacket with fun floral capris and flats on the way home.
The Great American State Fair
Mr. and Mrs. Trump Jr. walked the fairgrounds, both looking completely casual. Bettina wore a basic, fitted white tee and jeans, yet somehow didn’t blend in with the crowd.
Washington, D.C., July 4th
What did Bettina wear to July 4th at the White House? Not a flashy flag-covered outfit. Instead, she chose an understated, summery, white strapless dress accented with a thin white-and-gold belt!
