General Hospital is about to welcome a new member to the soap family when Sasha gives birth. Based on teasers for the ABC soap, it could be sooner than fans think as Sasha faces a medical crisis.
The closer Sasha gets to becoming a mom, the more General Hospital fans are wondering if her portrayer, Sofia Mattsson, is expecting a child. After all, it’s not uncommon for actresses’ real-life pregnancies to be written into the show.

Intact Mattson is one of the stars who has been pregnant on his show and in real life. When Sasha was pregnant with Liam, Sofia was pregnant with her son.
That is not the case this time around. Mattson isn’t pregnant in real life, or at least she hasn’t shared that she is pregnant.
Along with having a pregnancy written intoGeneral Hospital,Mattson also had a pregnancy hidden. When she was pregnant with her daughter, Mattson’s bump was concealed with bags, baggy clothes, and Sasha sitting behind things a lot.
Some fans feel like they can spot a real-life pregnancy and a pregnancy for the show. Since Mattson has really been pregnant on the ABC soap and hid a real-life pregnancy on the show, fans are convinced the actress is sporting a fake belly for Sasha’s baby bump.

Only time will tell if Mattson is pregnant in real life. Sasha is about to have her baby, which will let fans know if Mattson is pregnant based on how Sasha is featured in scenes.
If her belly is still hidden, fans will know Mattson is expecting a child, but if not, the pregnancy was all for storyline reasons.
General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC.
